Scottsdale Legal Research Team
The Scottsdale Legal Research Team is the editorial staff of the Arizona Estate & Family Law Resource Center, an independent legal referral service connecting Arizona families with experienced attorneys across Maricopa County and the greater Scottsdale area.
Our team specializes in researching Arizona estate planning law, special needs and elder law, probate procedures, guardianship proceedings, and family law matters handled through Maricopa County Superior Court. We review Arizona Revised Statutes, published court guidance, State Bar of Arizona resources, and current legal literature to ensure every article on this site reflects accurate, up-to-date information about how these areas of law work in practice across the Phoenix metro area.
Estate planning, special needs trusts, and elder law are areas where the stakes are high and the details matter. A trust drafted incorrectly can disqualify a disabled beneficiary from essential government benefits. An estate plan that does not account for Arizona’s probate rules can cost a family months of court time and thousands of dollars in unnecessary fees. Our mission is to give Arizona residents clear, reliable educational content so they can walk into a legal consultation already informed about their options — not starting from zero.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Our goal is to help you understand Arizona estate and family law clearly before connecting you with a licensed attorney who can advise you based on your specific situation.
All content published on the Arizona Estate & Family Law Resource Center is reviewed for accuracy against current Arizona law and Maricopa County court procedures before publication.
