What this site is
This site exists to do two things: publish honest, useful information about Arizona law so that families walking into a difficult moment can understand what’s in front of them, and to connect those families with attorneys who actually handle the kind of matter they’re facing.
We are not a law firm. We do not employ attorneys. We do not give legal advice, and we don’t pretend to. Everything on this site is written for general education, not as a substitute for talking with a licensed Arizona attorney about your specific situation.

The Arizona Estate & Family Law Resource Center is the trade name used by Wilder West Assets, LLC, an Arizona-based business that operates legal information and referral websites. We are based in Gilbert, Arizona, and the site is run from here.

How attorney connections work
When you submit your information through our case evaluation form or call the number on the site, your request is routed through an established national legal referral network that maintains a vetted roster of Arizona-licensed attorneys. The network verifies bar standing, practice area focus, and good standing with the State Bar of Arizona before adding any attorney to the referral roster. We rely on that network’s vetting process because they do it well — they have been doing this longer than most and have one of the more respected reputations in the country among legal referral partners.
If an attorney from the network is the right fit for your situation and you choose to retain them, the attorney pays a referral fee back through the network. You don’t pay extra. The attorney’s fees are the same as if you had found them on your own.
How we make money — and why we tell you that
This is a referral service. We receive compensation when families we connect with an attorney choose to retain that attorney. That’s the entire business model, and we’d rather state it plainly than bury it.
We’d rather connect a smaller number of families with attorneys who can really help them than route a large volume of leads to attorneys who just want billable hours. The model only works long-term if the referrals are good ones — for the family, and for the attorney.
Verifying any attorney
Whatever attorney you ultimately speak with — through us, through a friend, or through your own search — you should verify their credentials yourself. The State Bar of Arizona maintains a free public attorney search at azbar.org where you can confirm a lawyer’s license status, bar admission date, and any public discipline history. We encourage you to use it for anyone you’re considering working with.
