Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
This site is not a law firm. It is an independent referral resource that connects Arizona residents with attorneys who handle estate planning, special needs, elder law, probate, guardianship, and family law matters. I am not an attorney, nothing on this site is legal advice, and submitting a form here does not create an attorney-client relationship.
If you submit a form, your information goes to a legal marketing partner (Legal Brand Marketing) who routes it to a licensed Arizona attorney in their network.
What I collect
When you fill out one of the evaluation forms on this site, you provide your name, contact information, and a short description of your situation. That information is what gets passed to the marketing partner so an attorney can follow up with you.
The site also uses standard cookies and analytics (Google Analytics, basic server logs) to understand which pages people read and which topics are most useful. You can turn cookies off in your browser. Doing so won’t break the site.
What happens after you submit a form
Your information is sent to a legal marketing partner. Once it’s in their hands, their privacy policy and data practices apply to it — not mine. I don’t control what they do with it, how long they keep it, or who they share it with within their attorney network. If you want to know their specifics, ask the attorney who contacts you.
If you decide later that you don’t want to be contacted, tell the attorney or the marketing partner directly and they have to honor that.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a phone number or email, you’re agreeing to be contacted by the marketing partner or the attorney they connect you with. That contact may come by phone, text, or email, and it may include automated dialing or pre-recorded messages. This applies even if your number is on a Do Not Call list, because you’re giving express consent by submitting the form. You can revoke that consent at any time by telling whoever contacts you to stop.
Attorney-client privilege
Information you share through this site is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Privilege doesn’t attach until you sign an engagement agreement with a licensed attorney. So don’t put highly sensitive details into the form — keep your initial submission to a basic description of the situation, and save the confidential conversation for the attorney.
External links
This site links to outside resources like the Maricopa County Superior Court, AHCCCS, and the State Bar of Arizona attorney directory. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I don’t control them.
Questions
If something on this page is unclear, or you want your information removed from anything I have control over, reach out through the contact form on the site and I’ll respond.
