They will be your source of support and guidance as you go through the adoption process. You may be with this agency for a while, so take your time and pick the one that’s right for you.

The adoption agency recommends the family for certification but they can decline to recommend a family. The report is submitted to court for certification and the family must receive final approval by the court.
