  • CARES Act Information from Social Security on Receiving Your Payment
    In response to the Covid 19 crisis the CARES Act provides for a one-time payments to eligible individuals including, some Social Security and SSI recipients.

    A healthcare power of attorney allows you to select an agent to make medical decisions if you are unable to make decisions. The Covid 19 crisis makes these documents critical. The Arizona Attorney General’s Office has a free packets that has all a Healthcare Power of Attorney and the related documents such as, a Living Will included in the above link.   • CARES Act Waiver of RMDS and Penalty Free Withdrawals.pdf
    The CARES Act makes it easier to withdraw funds saved in cerain tax-advantaged retirement accounts like 401(k)s and traditional Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). These temporary changes eliminate tax penalties on certain early withdrawals and relax rules on loans you can take from some types of accounts.     Covid 19 has the potential to impact entire families, including the possibility that both parents may ill at the same time and need someone to care for their child(ren). A parent can use a Parental Power of Attorney to designate someone to make decisions for their child(ren).
